About This Artwork
This piece is a quiet yet vivid meditation on the impermanence of beauty and the soft strength of resilience. Inspired by fading petals, spring light, and the quiet whispers of memory, I used a layered impasto technique to create a highly textured surface where pastel pinks, lilacs, soft blues, and flickers of yellow interplay.
The colors, though gentle, carry emotional weight. Each stroke represents a fragment of a moment—fragile, fleeting, and yet deeply felt. The irregular surface invites the viewer to slow down and observe how light shifts across it, much like how memories evolve over time.
This work is an invitation to find peace in stillness and to recognize the subtle, transformative power of time, healing, and grace.
