Quietitude

This painting is an abstract exploration of emotion and atmosphere. Inspired by the quiet beauty of early dawn or the melancholy just after rain, this work captures a moment suspended in stillness. I used bold vertical strokes of ochre, cream, charcoal, and hints of muted green and blue to evoke a forest seen through blurred memory, a sacred space of solitude.
